Technical Specification
- The upper – lower Corrugating Rollers are made up of 52 Cr.Mo high quality alloy steel. After heat treatment, the hardness is above HRC 58 – 60 deg. The surface is well grounded and hard chromed.
- The Corrugation Rollers and Pressure Rollers are bearing mounted for smooth running, high speed and durable life.
- Glue is circulated automatically by a Tank and Pump to obtain uniform supply and to avoid stagnation.
- Motorized glue width dividing to match the paper width.
- Idle running motor for Glue Applicator Roller to avoid glue dry.
- Adjustment for gap between Glue Roller & Doctor Roller by electric or manual.
- Oil immersed type lubrication to void noise.
- Corrugation Roller, Pressure Roller and Glue Roller by pneumatic adjustment.
- Corrugated 2Ply sheet taken out by Vacuum suction method & Air control system.
- A, B, C, D, E Flutes can be made as per order.
- Effective width: 1400mm / 1600mm / 1800mm / 2000mm / 2200mm and 2500mm.
- Eddy current motor as Main drive and Independent Gear box.
